Dos and Don’ts for Using a Candela Light at Home

If it’s your first time to use a candela light, here are a few tips to keep in mind.

Tip #1 Always use a surge-protected outlet or power strip.

Without surge protection, any fluctuation or problems with your household’s electrical system could cause damage to the candela light while it’s recharging. Always play it safe and use surge-protected outlets. If necessary, have an electrician assess your household’s electrical system to ensure that all outlets are outfitted properly for safe use.

Tip #2 Know its voltage.
